From the transaction list, click view all | two new transactions were added. Prior commitment tick box ticked. One with positive amount and method is check, another is negative amount with method pledge if the pledge has 1 legal donor, payment is 100% legal credit to donor, the other household should get 0 legal credit. (depends on the pledge. If the pledge is set up as a joint pledge, the payment will also split. | |
