  1. Contact Salutation is looked up in LL - Salutation Table, if found, fill in the Salutation Link field. Then fill in both Default Greeting Salutation and Default Address Salutation fields from LL -Salutation Table subsequently

  2. If Salutation Link is empty, check if Automated Default Greeting Salutation is filled, if so, copy that to Default Greeting Salutation. Also check if Automated Default Address Salutation is filled, if so, copy that to Default Address Salutation

  3. if Automated Default Greeting Salutation is empty, check Greeting field is filled, if so copy that to Default Greeting Salutation

  4. if Greeting is Empty, fill Default Greeting Salutation with null.

  5. if Automated Default Address Salutation is Empty, fill Default Address Salutation with null.
