Overview

Sprint 33 was a short sprint a few team members on sick leave and focus on BAU activities. 1 week Sprint break to coincide with the Jun Long weekend.

Sprint 33 achievements are listed as -

  • Opportunity to Gift enhancements for Phase 2 - 13 enhancements deployed to Prod

  • Enhancements to update Batch Date for Gift Processing [Prod deployment 10/06]

    • Batch date

    • Bank date

    • Batch item dates

    • Batch item Recognition date

    • Batch item transaction date

  • Cyber Security Review of yellow Squares - review in progress, but no issues raised

  • Pledge reminder - Initial scope/ Process mapping complete

  • Grateful Patient - Initial project documentation setup

  • Refined User Stories for Swift Digital connector

  • Swift Digital - UAT incomplete due to staff unwell [Defer post UAT refresh]

  • Chart of Accounts pending review - [Deferred to July]

  • Approx. 200k receipts to be migrated from Advance to Jarvis [In progress]

  • Student Activity to Major migration complete

  • Second iteration of Faculty Dashboard in PowerBI (Sydney Business school)

  • Improve security around user access to Reports [In progress]

  • SIT integration enhancements

    • Fix error message for non-English address

    • Link Sydney Student ID for an existing contact record

  • Prabhu Kannan will be the Scrum Master for future TAP enhancements
