This section will be useful for anyone who wants to get started on understanding the systems and neuroimaging processes used in FRONTIER. Refer to the following pages to access guides on:

3. Troubleshooting access to Artemis

For neuroimaging: basic knowledge of the terminal command line is required. Understanding control flow statements, e.g. ‘for-loops' is preferable but not necessary. You will also need to understand how to submit jobs on Artemis.
