Feasibility for dynamic form with different page layout per opportunity stage

There are 2 possible options to display different fields per different opportunity stages.

1.Creating different (multiple) page layouts for stage

It was assessed and confirmed as a possible option but this require a flow automation and once multiple page layout to be created, maintaining all of them for minimal changes are heavily administrative work. Due to that reason it was not recommended.

2.Update the lightning page to Dynamic form and control the filed visibility with condition

It was assessed and confirmed as a possible option. There are general limitations introduced by salesforce and further technical assessment will be carried on in Jarvis environment later on, but it is less administrative efforts to maintaining and managing them.

Requirement change request has been received that instead of adding condition for Credited Year equals / after 1/1/2024, the business want the condition to be Credited Year equals / after 1/1/2025. Due to this change request, we will clone this ticket to keep what has been worked on for this sprint and have the new ticket with the change. The change request ticket will be reviewed and brought into the sprint closer to end of this year with PO’s sign-off in a sprint planning session and will be tested with manual data populated with Credited year = 2025.
