If not in the Affinaquest app, go to app launcher and type in Affinaquest in the search bar

Once in Affinaquest app, go to Gear Icon

Click on Set up - Blue icon

Click on Users tab

Click on Users

Click on login against the user ( GA User) having all permissions

Click on Contacts tab

select a contact

choose one contact

from the menu click "Lightning Contact Utilities

Lightning Contact Utilities screen pops up

Click "Join" Button

Seacrch another contact to join

Select another contact to join

click the first Move tick box of one side

all boxes below automatically ticks

untick the “Conversion Id”

Click Next Button

Click Next Button

Make legal credit 50 for first contact and 50 for the second

Select new Account Relationship for both contacts

i.e.

Primary and

Secondary

Click Next Button

Confirmation pops up

click Ok button

A new Account is created
Contacts are moved to the new Account – all related objects to Contact move
Old Accounts remain and become INACTIVE and thus are not available in gift entry
All gifts are moved to the new Account

Logout of the User

Close the Browser
