20180814 - Red laser has been replaced

The Fortessa red laser had failed and has been replaced and brought back to approximately identical signals. Application setting users please note the laser change, and ensure compensation controls are recorded, and the laser change noted. Please check signal levels off the red laser. We will currently not be re-recording a baseline for the instrument as the engineer has advised that the replacement has brought signals back to similar levels as before the laser failure (but will re-visit this if necessary).
