IMPORTANT FLUIDICS ISSUE

There is currently an investigation on a faulty valve on the instrument. The instrument mostly works fine but there is a possibility that a valve may not be closing completely. 

Until solved please do not prime the instrument, please monitor your signals off the 561nm laser, and please let us know if there are any anomalies. 

Generally switching between run/prime x 3 times hopefully will exercise the valve and allow it to shut completely until it is replaced.
